29% increase in prices

Luxury properties becoming more and more popular  

A recent study has confirmed that the price of luxury properties in Mallorca will rise by almost 30% in 2021. It is noteworthy that in the same period there were also about 20% fewer property offers available. The greatest price increases are in the south-west. As a result of the scarce availability, demand remains very high and there is no improvement in sight.

It is likely that the planned direct flight connection from New York to Palma will see additional highly-solvent buyers flocking to the island and discovering Mallorca as a lucrative investment opportunity, which will further fuel demand.
